Product Description

This glued Pastelmat block from Clairefontaine features a 360g card designed specifically for pastel work. The paper’s unique soft and adherent surface allows multiple pigment layers without saturation or the need for fixatives, making it suitable for energetic strokes and subtle shading. The pad includes crystal paper inserts between sheets for protection and a glued edge for easy detachment. The paper remains stable under wet or alcohol-based techniques without affecting its grain or grip. Acid-free with neutral pH ensures long-term preservation of artworks.
