All payments on UKyard are processed by PayPal and Stripe — two of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We are fully PCI DSS compliant and never store your card details on our servers. Every transaction is encrypted using TLS 1.3.
Frequently asked questions
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use PayPal and Stripe to process all payments. Neither we nor our sellers ever see or store your card details. All payment data is encrypted and handled by PCI DSS Level 1 certified providers.
When is my card charged?
Your payment is taken immediately when you place your order, after you click "Place order" at checkout.
Can I pay in instalments?
PayPal Pay in 3 may be available at checkout depending on your PayPal account eligibility. We don't offer our own buy-now-pay-later scheme directly.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept GBP (£) only. If you're paying with a card issued in another currency, your bank will convert the payment at their exchange rate.
Can I use a gift card or voucher?
We don't currently issue or accept gift cards or discount vouchers. Watch this space — it's on our roadmap.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
Yes. Contact us via the help centre with your order number and we'll issue a VAT receipt within 2 working days. Our VAT number is displayed in our full terms.
