All payments on UKyard are processed by Mollie — a trusted, PCI DSS certified European payment provider. We never store your card details on our servers, and every transaction is encrypted in transit.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Mollie to process all payments. Neither we nor our sellers ever see or store your card details. All payment data is encrypted and handled by a PCI DSS certified provider.
When is my card charged?
Your payment is taken immediately when you complete payment on the secure payment page at checkout.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — Klarna is available at checkout, including Pay in 3 interest-free instalments on eligible orders. Eligibility and available Klarna options are decided by Klarna when you check out.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept GBP (£) only. If you're paying with a card issued in another currency, your bank will convert the payment at their exchange rate.
Can I use a gift card or voucher?
We don't currently issue or accept gift cards or discount vouchers. Watch this space — it's on our roadmap.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
Prices include VAT where applicable. For a VAT invoice, contact us via the help centre with your order number and we'll arrange one with the seller.
