Changed your mind? No problem. Returns are part of the deal.
How it works
Start your return
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Head to My Account → Orders, or use our contact form with your order number.
Send it back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible. We'll provide a returns label for most UK orders.
Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Frequently asked questions
What's the returns window?
30 days from the date of delivery for most items. Some product categories (perishables, personalised items) are excluded.
Do I pay for return postage?
For items that are damaged, faulty, or not as described, return postage is free. For change-of-mind returns, a small returns fee may apply.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos and we'll resolve it quickly — replacement, refund, or credit. Your choice.
How long until I get my money back?
Once we receive the return, we process refunds within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to show the credit.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't currently offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item for a refund and place a new order.
