1. About UKyard

UKyard is an online marketplace operated by Bubble Booth Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16470410), with its registered office at 1507 4 Hulme Street, Salford, M5 4ZF. By accessing or using UKyard, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@ukyard.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Purchases and payments

When you place an order, you enter into a contract with the seller, not with Bubble Booth Ltd, unless Bubble Booth Ltd is identified as the seller. We process payments securely via PayPal and Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by sellers and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

5. Returns and refunds

You have a statutory right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receipt. Our 30-day returns policy extends this right. Full details are on our Returns page. Certain items (perishables, personalised products) are excluded by law.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use UKyard to: violate any law or regulation; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; use automated tools to scrape or monitor the platform without prior written consent.

7. Intellectual property

All content on UKyard — including logos, copy, and software — is owned by or licensed to Bubble Booth Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bubble Booth Ltd's liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of UKyard following any changes constitutes acceptance.
