When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed by 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next working day. You'll receive a dispatch notification by email.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Scotland, and the Channel Islands?
Yes — standard UK delivery covers all mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands. Channel Islands may attract a small surcharge.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Sign in to My Account → Orders to see real-time updates.
What if I'm not in when my delivery arrives?
Your courier will usually leave a card with redelivery options, or your item may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't dispatched yet, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it. Once dispatched, address changes aren't possible.
