How to Use

• Apply 2/3 pumps to cleansed face, avoiding eye, outer eye, and lip areas
• Allow to absorb completely
• Follow with No7 Age-defying Serum on face and neck
• Gently pat No7 Eye Cream around the eye area
• Finish with No7 Night Cream on face and neck, in an upward motion

Usage Tips

• Initial use: once to twice per week on non-consecutive nights
• Gradually increase to every other night, then nightly as tolerated
• Typically takes around 4 weeks to reach nightly use
• Always use No7 Day Cream with SPF 15 the following morning
