The delivery lorry (18 tonne) is contracted to deliver to kerbside only and will offload using a tail lift and pallet truck. Good access and level hard ground are required for delivery. Drivers will be as helpful as possible where conditions allow, but are not expected to manoeuvre the pallet beyond the rear of the vehicle.

We recommend storing Hotblocks under cover to maintain their quality before use.
