Performance and Usage

Bioglow Hotlogs are designed for extended performance. In testing, they provided approximately 1.5 hours of active burning followed by over 3 hours of glowing heat, totaling more than 4 hours of heat release. To maximize performance, start with one to two briquettes and use kindling or paper to light. Allow the fire to get very hot before adjusting the airflow and refuelling as needed. These briquettes burn hotter than traditional logs and may expand slightly, so avoid overloading your firebox. Recommended for fireplaces, wood stoves, multifuel stoves, and log boilers.

• Material: Hard and Soft wood sawdust
• Dimensions: Approximately 75 mm (3 in.) diameter x 240-250mm (9.4 in.) length per briquette.
• Packaging: 8.3 kg bags contain 7 heat logs. Pallets of 90 bags contain 630 logs, each weighing 1.2 kg.

Delivery Information

Delivery is via a specialised pallet courier and is contracted to kerbside only. The delivery vehicle requires a minimum 3m width and 4m unobstructed vertical clearance. Delivery cannot be made to grass, gravel, broken pavement, over inclines, or raised/dropped kerbs. Please ensure the delivery area is hard, flat, and at street level.

Important Safety Note

For your safety, please maintain a distance of at least 3 meters from the pallet during unloading until it is stationary on the ground. Always follow the instructions provided by your appliance manufacturer and chimney sweep. Regular inspection and cleaning of your appliance are recommended.
