This easy-to-use formula prevents saturation and staining without altering the natural character of the stone or impeding its ability to breathe. Ideal for both interior and exterior use in homes and gardens, it is suitable for all highly-porous to slightly-porous tiles and flagstones.

How to Use

1. Apply the tile sealer undiluted, evenly, and in one direction, preferably with a paint roller.
2. If any product remains on the tiles after 10 minutes and has not been absorbed, remove it immediately with a dry, lint-free cloth.
3. The floor can be walked on approximately 3 hours after application, and is fully protected about 12 hours after the final treatment.
