Osmo Tannin Spot Remover is a highly effective solution for the removal of black spots on wood species containing tannic acid, such as Oak. It is specifically designed for indoor use and is recommended for wooden flooring (e.g., parquet), work surfaces, Oak flooring, and furniture made of Oak.

Surface Preparation

Ensure the surface is free from debris and dirt. Osmo Tannin Spot Remover is ready to use and should not be thinned. Always test the product on an inconspicuous area of the substrate before full application.

Method of Application

• Spray Osmo Tannin Spot Remover evenly onto the affected spot until the surface is completely covered.
• Allow the product to react for 30-45 minutes.
• Wipe the area with a lint-free cloth.
• If necessary, repeat the application and then wipe clean with clear water.
• After drying, apply a suitable Maintenance Oil to the treated area to protect the wood.

Important Notes

Protect metal components (e.g., furniture hardware) and plants from direct contact by covering them with a tarpaulin or placing them out of reach.

Keep out of reach of children. Contains a mixture of 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (CMIT) and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (MIT) (3:1). May cause an allergic reaction.
