The Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is a versatile water-based primer-sealer designed for both interior and exterior use. It provides excellent adhesion to difficult surfaces, seals stains and graffiti, and offers rust resistance on metal surfaces. It can be tinted toward the topcoat colour (mid-tones) to help reduce the number of paint coats required.
