Ultratex is a highly dispersible thickening starch suitable for thickening juices, sauces, stocks, and drinks to a texture of your choice. It can also be used to create wafer-thin tuile or edible glass by drying gels, and to make fluid gels that are tasteless and colourless. The product helps prevent liquid leaching during processing and storage.

Designed for vegan and gluten free recipes, Ultratex is non genetically modified. Packaging is recyclable and designed for efficient storage and use in professional kitchen environments.
