Rocol 350g RTD Cleancut is a specialized, hand-applied cutting lubricant engineered to enhance everyday machining operations across various metals. This formulation is suitable for both non-ferrous and ferrous metals, including copper, brass, and aluminium, without causing staining. Its oil-free composition eliminates excessive fuming often associated with oil-based lubricants, improving working environments and preventing acid corrosion of the workpiece.

The low viscosity of RTD Cleancut ensures rapid penetration, delivering lubrication directly to the cutting edge. This enhances both tool life and the quality of the surface finish.

Directions for Use

RTD Cleancut can be applied manually directly from the 350gm squeeze bottle or oil can, by brush, or by dipping the cutting tool into the liquid. For less demanding operations, it can be diluted up to 1:1 with water. Being completely water soluble, cleaning is made simple, safe, and economical. It is compatible with water-soluble cutting fluids without introducing tramp oil issues and can fortify existing machine sump fluids upon dissolution.
