• •1. Clean and prepare your nails. File and buff as needed. Remove any old nail polish. Wipe nails with a cotton pad soaked in nail polish remover to ensure a clean surface. 2. Apply a base coat to protect your nails and help the polish adhere better. Allow it to dry completely. 3. Apply one thin coat of the Rimmel 60 Seconds Nail Polish, Caramel Cupcake, using the Xpress brush for one second application. Allow it to dry for about 60 seconds. 4. Apply a second thin coat for even coverage and let it dry completely. 5. Finish with a top coat to seal the color and provide a glossy finish. Allow it to dry.
