Directions
- Prepare brows. Apply Brow Glue with upward strokes and allow to set.
- Fill sparse areas with Lift & Snatch Brow Tint Pen. For a lifted look, apply the pen vertically in upward flicking motions.
- For laminated brows, brush hairs up with Brow Glue before filling with the pen.
