Product Description

Nytol Simply Sleep & Calm Elixir 100 ml is a liquid herbal medicinal product containing Valerian root extract. It is intended for temporary relief of mild anxiety and to aid sleep. The product is a liquid alternative to tablets and may require 2–4 weeks of continuous use for full effects. Please read the enclosed leaflet before use.

Directions for Use

• Adults and elderly: For mild anxiety, take two 5 ml spoonfuls three times daily with water or juice.
• To aid sleep: take two 5 ml spoonfuls 30 minutes before bedtime (with an additional earlier dose if needed).
• Maximum daily dose: Four single doses.

Ingredients

Each 5 ml contains 1.5 ml tincture from dried Valerian root (1:8) in 57% ethanol, plus liquorice extract, orange, lemon, coriander, anise oils, sucrose and water.
