About this item

The Noctua NH-U12S DX-4677 is a dedicated CPU cooler designed for Intel Xeon LGA4677 and LGA4710 platforms. It offers efficient cooling and quiet operation, making it suitable for professional workstations and servers where noise levels are a concern.

Key Features

Optimized Cooling: Features 5 heatpipes and a 120mm heatsink design for effective heat dissipation.
Slim Profile: The 120mm size ensures high compatibility with various system builds.
Quiet Operation: Designed for noise-sensitive applications, providing quiet performance for audio/video production and engineering workstations.

Compatibility

Supports Intel Xeon E1 (LGA4677-1) and E2 (LGA4710-2) socket processors.
A CPU carrier frame is necessary, typically included with boxed retail CPUs or available separately for tray CPUs.

Cooling Performance

Equipped with two Noctua NF-A12x25 fans in a push/pull dual fan configuration.
Supports PWM for automatic fan speed control via the motherboard, balancing silent operation at idle with full performance when required.
