Cooling Instructions

Store the gel pads in the freezer for at least 2 hours or chill in the refrigerator until your desired temperature is achieved. Always check the temperature to ensure it is suitable before application.

Heating Instructions

Microwave for 10 seconds, ensuring the gel inside is evenly distributed. Always check the temperature before application. Caution: May be very hot! If additional heat is needed, reheat in 5-second intervals until your desired temperature is reached.

Heating Precautions

Before reheating, check the pad for any hot spots, especially around the edges. Knead the pad to even out the heat, then rotate it 180 degrees before placing it back in the microwave.
