Application Instructions

Step 1: Starting in the center, sweep liner along the upper lid moving towards the edge of the eye, then apply from the inner corner of the eye along to the center to connect the line.

Step 2: Use the liner tip to trace a wing at the edge. For a more exaggerated, cat-eye look, extend the inner corner line.
