Directions for Use

Hot Compresses

For hot compresses, heat in the microwave and apply to the affected area to help with muscle spasms, cramps, abdominal pain, and lumbar or sciatica pain.

Microwave Instructions (Guide Only - Do Not Overheat)

• 600W: 30 seconds
• 700W: 20 seconds
• 800W+: 10 seconds

Place the pack in the microwave, remove packaging, and check for leaks. Knead to distribute heat evenly.

Hot Water Packing Instructions

Bring water to a boil, remove from heat, and soak the pack for 4-10 minutes, checking every minute until the desired temperature is reached.

Cold Compresses

For cold compresses, store flat in the freezer for no more than 1 hour. Apply to the affected area to help with general muscle pain, headaches, toothaches, bruises, minor burns, and to reduce swelling and inflammation. Use for recommended times for optimal recovery.
