Freeze for cooling relief to reduce swelling or heat in the microwave to assist with let-down. The pads are BPA, BPS, and latex-free and come with soft covers that fit comfortably inside a bra, including when frozen. They are compatible with Lansinoh breast pumps to help promote milk flow.
