• •1. Prepare the eyelashes, making sure they are clean and dry. 2. Select the desired colour and remove the cap from the eyeliner. 3. Hold the eyeliner at an angle of 45 degrees to the eyebrow. 4. Apply eyeliner along the lash line, starting from the inner angle of the eye and moving outward. 5. For a more dramatic look, you can also apply the eyeliner to the upper eyelid. 6.
