Description
Jerome Russell Bblonde Pearl Blonde Toner is a non-permanent hair toner designed to refresh blonde tones and neutralise yellow and brassy hues. The violet-based pearl shade provides a cool, salon-quality finish. This formula contains no ammonia or peroxide and is formulated to condition hair during the colouring process.
Usage guidance: wash hair with shampoo, towel dry, apply toner evenly, optionally heat with a hair dryer for 5 minutes, then develop for up to 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Ingredients include water, surfactants, conditioning agents and colorants. This product is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.
