Cooking Instructions

To use, connect the oven to a mains socket and switch it on using the graduated knob, setting it between 2-1/2 and 3. Allow approximately 10 minutes for preheating with the oven closed. Ensure the pilot light is on before placing any pizza (homemade, bakery, ready-made, or frozen) onto the heated refractory cooking surface. The pilot light indicates that both heating elements are active and maintaining a constant temperature for ideal pizza cooking. If the pilot light turns off after preheating, open the oven lid for about 2 minutes until it reactivates.
