Usage Instructions

Prepare: hands clean and dry, remove nail polish; rest for 5 minutes; avoid measuring after exercise
Place finger: insert index or middle finger into the probe with nail facing up; ensure contact without restricting circulation
Measure: press power button, keep still for 5–15 seconds
Read: normal SpO2 range typically 95–100%; PR 60–100 bpm at rest
End: remove finger; device may auto shut off after 8 minutes of inactivity
