Everbuild 207 Zeromix Chloride Free Frostproofer Air Entraining Mortar

Everbuild 207 Zeromix C.F.F. Mortar Admixture

Everbuild 207 Zeromix C.F.F. is a chloride-free, air-entraining mortar admixture designed to provide enhanced frost protection and improve workability in cold weather conditions. This liquid admixture creates microscopic bubbles within the mortar mix, significantly increasing its resistance to freeze-thaw cycles.

Key Features

• Double Action: Acts as both a frostproofer and an air-entraining admixture.
• Freeze-Thaw Resistance: Protects mortar from damage during freezing and thawing down to -8°C.
• Accelerated Drying: Speeds up drying times, particularly useful in sub-zero temperatures.
• Improved Workability: Enhances ease of tamping, alignment, trowelability, and overall workability in cold weather.
• Non-Corrosive: Chloride-free formulation prevents corrosion of embedded metal.
• Reduced Cracking: Minimizes mortar shrinkage, preventing cracking and crazing.
• Prevents Bloom: Reduces the possibility of lime bloom and efflorescence.
• Versatile Application: Suitable for brickwork, block laying, internal and external render, load-bearing brickwork, and pointing/repointing.
• Convenient Sizes: Available in 5 Litre and 25 Litre containers.
