Epsom Magnesium Flakes 500g Zechstein Pure Chloride Soak Relaxation Muscle

Revitalise & Replenish with Epsom Magnesium Flakes

Experience the revitalising power of Epsom Magnesium Flakes. Our flakes provide the purest and most easily absorbed form of magnesium chloride, sourced from 250 million-year-old European sea deposits. This natural filtering process ensures the highest quality magnesium chloride, free from pollutants and contaminants.

Benefits of Epsom Magnesium Flakes

Used as a body or foot soak, the transdermal process allows for concentrated magnesium chloride absorption, promoting skin, muscle, and bone health. This full-body treatment helps relieve muscle stiffness and cramping, replenishes essential minerals, and aids overall relaxation and wellbeing. It is also beneficial for various skin conditions.

How to Use

Use 2-3 times per week for a relaxing and revitalising treatment.

• Bath Soak: Add 250g (approximately 2 cups) of flakes to a warm bath. Relax for 20 minutes. For a more intensive treatment, you may increase the amount used.
• Footbath: Dissolve 150g (approximately 1 cup) of flakes in five litres of warm water, enough to cover both feet. Relax for 20 minutes.

Storage

Epsom Magnesium Flakes are hygroscopic and will absorb moisture. Always store in a dry location and securely reseal packaging after opening.
