The Duronic YM1 digital yoghurt maker enables the preparation of fresh, creamy yoghurt at home. Simply mix milk with a starter culture, pour into the 1.5 L ceramic pot, and set the timer for up to 8 hours to achieve your preferred texture. The YM1 also supports soft cheese fermentation by heating milk, adding a culture or rennet, and allowing it to ferment in the same ceramic pot.

With a large ceramic pot, you can prepare multiple servings for the week. Optional P8YM2 individual pots (sold separately) let you create several flavours or portions simultaneously. The user-friendly digital panel allows timing from 1 to 24 hours to suit soft Greek or creamy yoghurt. Cleaning is straightforward—wash the ceramic pots and wipe the exterior. Lightweight and portable, this model uses only 20 W of power.
