How to Use the Desoldering Pump

• Step 1: Press the plunger down until a click sound is heard.
• Step 2: Heat the solder around the component to be removed using a soldering iron.
• Step 3: When the solder is liquid, position the pump's tip next to the melted solder and press the trigger.
• Step 4: Repeat if necessary to ensure complete removal.

How to Use the Solder Wick

• Step 1: Place the solder wick over the solder you wish to remove. Apply the heated soldering iron tip onto the wick.
• Step 2: Remove the wick once the solder has been absorbed.
• Step 3: Cut off the used portion of the wick.
• Step 4: Repeat the process as needed.
