How to Use the Desoldering Pump

• Step 1: Press the plunger down until you hear a click sound.
• Step 2: Heat up the solder around the component to be removed using a soldering iron.
• Step 3: When the solder is liquid, place the tip of the solder sucker next to the melted solder and press the trigger.
• Step 4: Repeat the process if necessary to fully remove the solder.

How to Use the Solder Wick

• Step 1: Place the solder wick over the solder you need to remove, then press the heated soldering iron tip onto the wick.
• Step 2: Remove the wick once the solder has been absorbed.
• Step 3: Cut off the used portion of the wick.
• Step 4: Repeat this process as needed for complete solder removal.
