- Includes: 37g powder bleach sachet and White Blonde toner sachet
- Hair outcomes: Full head blondes, highlights or balayage with toned finish
- Instructions: Mix one 37g powder with one 75ml Colour Freedom Cream Peroxide in a non-metallic tint bowl, apply, then tone using the included toner sachet for brassy-free white blonde results
- Safety: Patch test and allergy test two days prior to use; follow instructions provided
