Description

The Berkley Sick Braid is a high performance eight-strand braided line designed for both freshwater and saltwater fishing. Its zero stretch construction provides exceptional sensitivity, quickly transmitting bites and bottom cues. The eight-carrier braid offers strong knot strength and remains secure with popular braid knots such as the Grinner or Clinch. A proprietary nano-coating enhances abrasion resistance and casting performance by reducing friction in the rod guides, while maintaining a smooth line surface for longer casts and fewer wind knots. The line features high density weave for a thin diameter with minimal water absorption, allowing you to downsize diameter without sacrificing strength. Suitable for predator targeting such as pike, perch, zander, and trout, and effective for sea bass and other saltwater species.
