Product Description

The 4M Black Silicone Shower Threshold Water Barrier provides a flexible, durable damp-proof edge seal for bathrooms and wet areas. Designed to create a hermetic barrier along the bottom edge of walls, shower floors, and countertops where water retention is needed.

Installation Notes

• Measure the required length; cut ends at a 45-degree angle for a firm join in corners.
• Remove dust from adhesive area before applying.
• Gently press the strip onto a clean, dry surface, ensuring it remains horizontal or vertical as needed.
• Fill the bottom edge with silicone sealant to improve adhesion and sealing integrity.
• Keep the area dry for 24 hours after installation; longer cure times may be needed in cold seasons.

Usage Cautions

• Choose a length 5–10 cm longer than required for a proper fit.
• Only use on smooth flat floors; not suitable for large gaps, significant irregularities, or mosaic Glass flooring.
• Install in stages; avoid peeling the entire sticker at once to prevent misalignment.
