Fitting Guidance

For detailed fitting instructions, please request our 'Fitting a Window Board Cover' sheet.

• Cut capping length to match the overall length of the window board (including joggles).
• Cut the back edge of the capping to equal the window board depth plus 9mm (allowance for the thickness of the downward leg).
• Measure the length of the reveal to cut out any joggles as required.
• Apply a suitable adhesive to the window board before placing the capping firmly on top.
• Trim end caps to the desired length and fix with superglue.
• Apply decorators caulk around the edges for a neat finish if required.
