Product Description

The Zayejod 1M Silicone Shower Tray Sealing Strip provides a flexible, long-lasting water barrier to prevent leaks around trays, showers, bathtubs, sinks and countertops. It includes two adhesive backing strips for easy installation. For best results, apply silicone sealant to the bottom edge and ensure the surface is clean and dry before mounting. Measure, cut at a 45-degree angle for corners, peel adhesive gradually, and press firmly for a secure fit. After installation, keep the area dry for 24 hours (up to 1–2 days in cooler months).

Installation Guide

• Measure: Determine required length; cut to fit, join sections at corners at 45 degrees for a tight seam.
• Prepare surface: Clean and dry the substrate to maximize adhesion.
• Peel and stick: Remove adhesive backing gradually and press strip onto the surface, keeping the alignment level.
• Seal with caulk: Fill the bottom edge with silicone sealant to ensure a hermetic seal.
• Drying: Allow to dry without moisture for 24 hours (longer in autumn/winter).

Tips & Cautions

• Choose a length 5–10 cm longer than the required measurement to avoid gaps.
• Only use on smooth, flat surfaces; not suitable for substantial sags, crests, large gaps, or mosaic glass floors.
• Do not peel all of the sticker at once; mark the position first and apply gradually for best adhesion.
• Fill with silicone sealant around ends and bottom to achieve a fully hermetic seal.
