How to sell on UKyard

Complete our seller application at ukyard.com/sellers. Our team reviews all applications within 2 working days and will email you with next steps.
Set up your seller profile
Add your business details, logo, and a short description. A complete profile builds buyer trust and improves your listing visibility.
List your products
Upload products via our seller dashboard — individually or in bulk via CSV. Add clear photos, an honest description, pricing, and stock levels.
Receive and fulfil orders
You'll be notified by email when an order comes in. Dispatch within your stated handling time and mark the order as shipped with tracking info.
Get paid
Payments are released to your account on a 7-day rolling basis after order confirmation. Funds are transferred via bank transfer to your registered account.

Frequently asked questions
Who can sell on UKyard?
UKyard is open to UK-registered businesses selling new or refurbished goods. We don't currently accept individual private sellers or dropshippers without verified stock.
What are the seller fees?
We charge a 10% commission on each completed sale, plus a small fixed fee per transaction. There are no monthly listing fees or setup costs. See our sellers page for the full fee structure.
What categories can I sell in?
We accept products across most categories — Home & Kitchen, Electronics, Garden, Clothing, Books, Toys, Health, Sports, and more. Some restricted categories (e.g., food, medicines) require additional approval.
How do returns work for sellers?
Buyers have 30 days to return items. If the item is faulty or not as described, the return cost is covered by UKyard. For change-of-mind returns, buyers cover return postage. Refunds are deducted from your next payout.
Can I offer my own delivery rates?
Yes. You can set product-level delivery pricing in your seller dashboard. We recommend offering free delivery on orders over £35 to improve conversion.
How long does approval take?
Seller applications are reviewed within 2 working days. Once approved, you can start listing products immediately.
