Product Description

Vallejo Medium Craquelar is a clear crackle medium designed for use with Acrylicos Vallejo acrylic paints. This medium creates a textured crackle effect on various surfaces, enabling artists to add dimensional, aged, or weathered looks to their work. The medium is waterbased and non-toxic, making it suitable for mixed media projects. It is compatible with other Vallejo Model Colour and Acrylic ranges and can be mixed with water to adjust consistency. Drying results in a durable, weatherproof film once fully cured.

In use, apply a base color and then brush Craquelar over it. As it dries, it forms a network of cracks that reveal the underlying layer, creating texture and visual interest for models, miniatures, and art pieces. Clean up with water before fully cured. Once dry, it offers a durable finish suitable for display or further painting.
