• •1. Prepare the eyelid by ensuring it is clean and dry. 2. Remove the cap from the eyeliner pencil. 3. Apply the eyeliner pencil gently to the upper and/or lower lash line. 4. For a smokey eye look, blend the eyeliner with a fingertip or a brush. 5. Replace the cap on the eyeliner pencil after use to maintain its sharpness and prevent the product from drying out.
