Product Description

O.R.S Sport Hydration Tablets provide a balanced mix of electrolytes, vitamins and minerals to water to help hydration and fluid absorption. Each tablet contains a small amount of glucose (8.5 kcal) to support fluid uptake, with Magnesium and Vitamin D to assist recovery and reduce fatigue. This vegan formula is gluten-free and low calorie, suitable for active lifestyles, travel, or during exercise before, during or after activity.

Usage: dissolve 1 tablet per 500 ml of water. Drink 500 ml before, during and after exercise. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Adults should not take more than 2 tablets per day.
