• •1. Prepare your eyelids by removing any makeup or oils. 2. Twist or pull out eyeliner to expose the tip. 3. Apply eyeliner to the upper lash line, starting from the inner corner and moving outwards. 3. Optional: Use the blender to soften the line or create a smoky effect. 4. Allow to dry for seconds. 5. Repeat steps 2-4 for the second pencil.
