Directions
- Step 1: Apply Lip Colour to clean, dry lips. Line lips with the applicator tip, then fill in and allow to dry.
- Step 2: Apply the Gloss Top Coat or balm over the colour for a smooth finish and added shine. Reapply balm as needed throughout the day.
