• •1. Remove the Le Liner Signature eyeliner from its packaging. 2. Unscrew the lead to use. 3. Draw lines along your lash line with the tip of the eyeliner, create an eyeliner. 4. Use light pressure to apply the product and make sure that the line is even. 5. If you want thicker ones, you can build up by applying several layers. 6. Allow the last coat to dry for about 30 seconds to make it waterproof. 7. To correct mistakes, use a cotton swab or cosmetic swab. 8. Put it back in, safe to store.
