Gently rotate the pencil so that the lead comes out by just a few millimetres to prevent it from breaking. 4. • •1. Remove the cap from eyebrow pencil. 2. Twist pencil to reveal tip. 3. Use micro-tip outline your eyebrows for a natural look. 4. Fill in any sparse areas with flat side of pencil. 5. separator comb brush into place. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 as needed achieve desired look. 7.
