How to Brush Your Hair

Follow these steps for optimal hair distribution:

• First Stage: Begin brushing from the nape of the neck over the top of the head to the ends of the hair. Brush 10 times through three directional planes (right side, middle, left side).
• Second Stage: Brush 10 times from each ear to the middle of the head, through to the end of the hair.
• Third Stage: Brush 10 times in three planes (left side, middle, right side) from the forehead to the middle/top of the head.
• Fourth Stage: Complete with 20 brush strokes from the middle/top of the head to the end of the hair.

Important Note: Follow each brush movement with a stroke of the hand to avoid static. Ensure each stroke goes completely through the length of the hair to distribute sebum effectively.
