How to Brush Your Hair

Follow these steps for optimal brushing:

• First Stage: Brush 10 times in 3 directional planes (nape to ends of right side, middle, and left side).

• Third Stage: Brush 10 times in 3 planes (left side, middle, right side) from the forehead to the middle/top of the head.
• Fourth Stage: Perform the final 20 brush strokes from the middle/top of the head to the ends of the hair.

Important Note: After each brush stroke, run your hand through your hair to avoid static electricity. Ensure each stroke goes through the full length of the hair to distribute sebum effectively along the shaft to the ends.
