- •Step 1: Completely clean and dry the sheet; Step 2: Cut out the design, remove the transparent paper sleeve and place the temporary tattoo face down on the skin; Step 3: Wet the tattoo completely with water using a sponge or towel and wait 20-30 seconds; Step 4: Gently lift the corner of the temporary tattoo to check for transfer. If it has transferred, gently peel off the tattoo paper. If not, press down and wet again; Remove: Wipe the temporary tattoo with alcohol, make-up remover or olive oil, then wait 10 seconds and gently repeat until the tattoo is gone, or scrub it clean with soapy water.
