• •The chipboard screws are suitable for fixing load-bearing components in coated wood, hardwood, softwood and wood joints. The screws with partial thread provide powerful connections and tightening together firmly in all woods, but also for damage-free fastening of metal parts on wood. The Power-Fast II are screws with tested loads in the Fischer dowel (e.g. (e.g. DUOPOWER and UX). Fischer has succeeded with these screws the ideal solution for a clean surface finish with less damage to the metal. The screw tip with the three ribs ensures quick biting behaviour and feeding. The chipboard screws have significantly reduced splitting behaviour compared to standard screws. The Power-Fast II with high-performance wax coating reduces the screw-in torque and allows easy screw-fastening close to the edge. The lower head geometry with optimised double cone and milling pockets ensure less torn wood surfaces and less damage to metal components. And thus for a better look and feel of the surfaces. The increased thread pitch significantly reduces the screwing time and allows for quick installation. The end milling ribs in combination with the core milling geometry significantly reduce the screw-in resistance. This means that more screws can be screwed in with a longer battery life and less effort. The novel core milling geometry allows for precise milling and optimum extraction of the wood flour. This allows for small edge and axle spacing. The blue passivated galvanic galvanising, does not contain chromium VI components and is therefore very environmentally friendly.
