It complements other indoor flowering plants in particular purple Campanula. | GROWING CONDITIONS - Miniature indoor roses require bright indirect sunlight. Getting too much shade will prevent them from flowering. Firebird roses are best positioned in a West or East facing window that gets eight hours of sunlight a day. This indoor rose requires to be kept well watered and can dry out quickly as they are grown in containers. Keep the soil moist but not saturated. Press your finger in the soil to check for dryness every day or two. | PRUNING AND ONGOING CARE - While flowering, removing any spent heads as they fade to help conserve energy and allow the remaining flower buds to put on more growth. When pruning, use sharp pruners or scissors, trimming the spent heads at a 45° angle. After the rose has finished flowering remove any dead branches and give the rose a prune. Only taking off about a third of the plant, will help it grow back just as strong. | DORMANT - Due to the nature of roses that grow inside they will go through a dormant period at some point during the year. This is completely natural and nothing to worry about.
