How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items. Some product categories — including perishables, personalised items, and certain software — are non-returnable. Check the product page for specific return eligibility.
How do I start a return?
Go to My Account → Orders, find the order, and click "Return item". Alternatively, contact us via the help form with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return within 1 working day.
Who pays for return postage?
For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described items, return postage is free — we'll provide a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, a return postage fee of £3.99 is deducted from your refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2–3 working days of receipt), we process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. PayPal refunds are typically faster than card refunds.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Don't send it back without contacting us first. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover all return costs.
What if the item is not as described?
If an item doesn't match the product listing in a material way, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement at no cost. Contact us with details and photos and we'll resolve it quickly.
Can I return part of a multi-item order?
Yes — you can return individual items from an order. Each item is processed as a separate return. Refunds for partial returns exclude any order-level free delivery discount if returning takes the order total below the free delivery threshold.
What condition does the item need to be in?
Items should be returned in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or are missing parts may be subject to a partial refund.
I haven't received a refund confirmation — what should I do?
If it's been more than 10 working days since we confirmed your return was received, contact us and we'll investigate immediately. Check your spam folder for refund confirmation emails first.
