Delivery questions

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery costs £3.99 and is free on orders over £35. Next-day delivery is available for £7.99. Some sellers may offer free delivery on individual products — check the product page for details.

How long does standard delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a tracking number once dispatched.

Is next-day delivery available?

Yes — next-day delivery (£7.99) is available on eligible orders placed before 2pm on working days. This option is displayed at checkout for qualifying products and areas.

Do you deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands?

Yes — we deliver across mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands at standard rates. The Channel Islands and Isle of Man may attract a small surcharge of £2–£5.

Do you deliver internationally?

We currently focus on UK delivery. International shipping may be available on selected products — check the product page or contact the seller directly.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also view tracking details in My Account → Orders at any time.

What if I'm not home when delivery arrives?

Your courier will usually attempt redelivery the next working day, or leave a card with instructions. Some couriers can leave parcels with neighbours or in a safe place — this depends on your courier and preferences.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it

Check with neighbours and any safe places first. If it's genuinely missing, contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate and resolve the issue.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us immediately and we'll try to update it. Once dispatched, we're unable to redirect parcels. Always double-check your address before placing your order.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
